Korn 2012
Korn - Stadthalle Offenbach - 16.03.2012
Mit Korn habe ich noch eine Rechnung offen. Damals in Köln ist mir währdend des Konzertes so übel geworden, dass ich zwischendurch raus musste. Nun der 2. Versuch am 16.03.2012 in der Stadthalle Offenbach.
Nach 2 Vorgruppen geht es um 21:15 endlich los. Doch die Stimmung ist verhalten, da Korn mit alten und der Masse wohl weniger bekannten Songs anfangen. Im folgenden Block mit Songs aus dem neuen Album steigt zwar die Stimmung, trotzdem bin ich etwas enttäuscht, da “die Offenbacher” scheinbar keinen Geschmack haben. Finde das neue Album wirklich gelungen und Narcissistic Cannibal und Get Up! sind live noch besser.
Doch Korn knacken auch noch die sturen Hessen: Mit den Greatest Hits (siehe Setlist) kommt sogar Offenbach richtig in Stimmung. Meine Highlights: Here to Stay, Another Brick in the Wall und der Schlusspunkt Blind.
